Right here, on this page, you will find instructions for discovering the phone number and access code.  You will be able to access that information by using a password that is in the book (so you will need the book--either print or kindle version--to find the password).

To restate this.  Buy the book today.  Come back to this website after you receive the book.  On Tuesday, 12 September, this page will tell you how to find the password.  You will use the password to access a private website page.  That private page will give you the phone number and code for the free call.
